The phone comes with 6GB or 8GB RAM and a few different internal storage options. The cameras on this phone are also very impressive – its headline act is the fantastic 64MP main shooter. We recommend this phone for anyone looking for well-rounded features at an affordable price.
3. OnePlus N10 5G
The OnePlus N10 5G boasts a large 4,300mAh battery and comes with Warp Charge which allows you to get a day’s power in half an hour – Wow! The 6GB RAM is enough to run your favourite apps smoothly and there is 128GB internal storage too. The N10 5G is capable of taking impressive photos with its 64MP main camera and you’ll be able to view the photos on the massive 6.49-inch 90Hz display. Did we forget to mention it’s a 5G smartphone? Overall, this phone is a great buy!
4. Nokia 5.4
Many of us will remember the time when Nokia used to be a phone giant, and while it has not kept pace in recent times, Nokia is still making good smartphones – the Nokia 5.4 is an excellent example. This phone has a 6.39-inch screen and it’s powered by the Snapdragon 662 processor. You get four cameras – the 48MP main shooter, a 5MP ultrawide angle lens, followed by two 2MP macro and depth lens. The reasonable 4,000mAh battery is enough to last you through a day of moderate usage and the phone comes with 64GB internal memory.
5. Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro
The 6.67-inch, IPS 120 Hz giant from Xiaomi has very impressive features. This phone is a camera powerhouse – the main camera is a huge 48MP, the ultra-wide camera is good at 8MP and it even has a 20MP front camera. There is 256GB internal storage, 8GB RAM and a large 5,160mAh battery. Finally, you can use Google Pay with this phone as it supports NFC. This phone is amazing value for money and we highly recommend it.
6. Samsung Galaxy A21s
The 6.5-inch Galaxy A21s is a good budget phone from the smartphone giant Samsung. You get a modest 3GB of RAM with 32GB internal storage, although other configurations are also available – further boosted by up to 512GB expandable storage. More positively, the battery is good at 5,000mAh and the Exynos 850 processor makes use of power quite efficiently. You also get a large 48MP main shooter and a 13MP selfie camera, so you can take that perfect shot of yourself to share around social media.
7. Motorola Moto G50
The 6.5-inch Moto G50 is a simple phone – it’s dependable, affordable and is packed with lots of features. It boasts a 48MP main camera with f1.7 aperture, a 5MP macro lens and a depth vision camera too. The battery is great at 5,000mAh, and with the Snapdragon 480 5G chip, the phone runs efficiently on power. You get 64MB internal storage and 4GB RAM to boot. If you’re on a budget, the Moto G50 will serve you well!
8. Motorola One Macro
The Motorola One Macro is beautifully designed with a 6.2-inch build. There are three front-facing cameras – a 13MP main camera accompanied by two 2MP macro and depth vision cameras. While the camera is nothing to shout about, it can take decent shots. The battery is on the smaller side at 4,000mAh but we found it’s reasonable at powering this phone through the day. The One Macro should be a serious consideration for anyone on a budget.
